Full Exterior Repaint & Trim Replacement — Lynn Single-Family Home

Flaking paint, rotted trim, and deteriorating siding right before listing.

Conducted full exterior inspection, replaced rotted trim and fascia, repaired flashings, power washed surfaces, primed all bare wood, and applied two coats of premium exterior paint. Reinstalled shutters and refinished front door for a polished curb appeal.

Removed cabinetry for off-site repainting and refinishing, reconfigured storage, replaced worn hardware, repaired drywall and trim, updated paint throughout and installed new countertop. Coordinated plumbing and electrical with local trades.

Deck Reconstruction & Staining — Coastal Property

Failing ledger and rotted boards compromised deck safety; previous stain had flaked.

Removed existing deck boards and ledger, installed new ledger with proper flashing, replaced joists and posts as needed, installed new pressure-treated decking, and applied UV-resistant semi-transparent stain.

Removed failing sections, excavated to proper footing depth, installed reinforced concrete footings with weep drainage and perforated pipe, rebuilt wall using selected brick, repointed with compatible mortar, and restored grade and landscaping.
